Intending to keep his expanding business boutique, he chose not to form a big team and opted for a strategic alliance. In 2018, Randy found the right business partner in Jeremy Steward, and they created the Nasatir Group. From $1500 rentals to 6M sales, every client gets the same amount of attention and time.
A native of the northern suburbs of Chicago, Randy graduated from Bradley University in 1999. Before entering real estate, Randy cofounded and scaled Classic Vending Inc. (now Tradecraft Outfitters) into a multimillion-dollar company. He brings that same entrepreneurial spirit to every deal, combining his business expertise with a passion for Chicagoland real estate.
Randy currently resides in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood and is also an active landlord. Outside of real estate, he enjoys live music and traveling. He was recently named by Crain’s as one of the “Most influential residential real estate brokers in Chicago” and, in 2023, named one of the top 100 agents by Chicago Magazine.

Jeremy began his real estate career in 2016 and quickly found success, forming The Nasatir Group with longtime agent Randy Nasatir in 2018. Together, they have built a business rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results. The Nasatir Group consistently closes between 17 million and 25 million in annual sales, earning a loyal client base and a strong reputation across Chicago’s competitive market.
Before real estate, Jeremy worked in hospitality and sales management, helping grow several independent hotel businesses. That experience sharpened his skills in negotiation, client communication, and customer service, all of which he brings to every transaction.
Originally from mid-Michigan, Jeremy graduated from Michigan State University and moved to Chicago in 2014. He currently lives in the Edgewater neighborhood and enjoys exploring the city’s neighborhoods, architecture, and vibrant food and music scenes.
